Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

I run a speed check on my site and got among others, the message: Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

googling it I found that I need to move the js calls to bottom of the page,
but I cant figure out where are these calls coming from. meaning, on which file in wordpress or my theme I need to fix and change the code???
