Is it possible to comment the answer of each question?

Hi!

I would like to create a quizz on my website and I want to know if I can comment each answer the participant give me. Example :

If participant answer A I will give him a particular comment on his answer
If participant answer B I will give him a particular comment on his answer
If participant answer C I will give him a particular comment on his answer

If I can’t, do you know a plug-in who allow it?
