I have a client who has hosting through Bluehost but as far as I can tell he is running a wordpress.com site and not a wordpress.org site. The dashboard lacks a plugin option as well as some other options that are typically found on a wordpress.org site.
Do I need to upgrade to wordpress.org? Is it even possible to self-host a wordpress.com site?
Am I missing something?
