Hide quantity values for specific categories/products per export

Hi!

I’m trying to hide the values in the quantity column for 2 product categories (or if easier multiple products) in just one specific export as these values have to be adjusted after the export (e.g. customer ordered 1kg apples, receives 1,2kg apples by the merchant, accounting has to enter the correct amount…).
Ist this somehow possible?
