Size of the form

Hi,
please let me know is it possible to change the size of the window? For now, it has always this same size as columne on the website. Few examples:

http://www.e-charakteryzator.com/9-powodow-dlaczego-warto-byc-charakteryzatorem/

The form is showing on every pages, is it possible to stop it somehow? I want this form only under the articles.
