Rating 0 on the page, but data in logs

Hello,

I have using your plugin for a few weeks and I noticed that after a while that ratings are disappearing from the page after a wile .

In the Rating Logs I have data, but in the Rating Stats I have Total Users Voted: 0.

For example if I make a vote will appear in page, in logs and stats, and after a wile will disappear from page and stats and I will have a vote in logs but 0 in page and stats !

I have deleted all data I tried again, but same problem .

Have you encountered this error ?
