page not found after changing settings

Hello,

I changed the general settings of ‘WordPress address’ from mydomain.com/portfolio to mydomain.com/portfolio/category/illustration and now everything shows ‘no page found’. I can’t sign in to WordPress with mydomain.com/wp-admin anymore like I used to. Help! How can I change this?
