Price filter and layered Nav Widget don’t display

Is there a known issue right now going on that Price filter and layered Nav Widget don’t display?

First I found it on a client site, I add these 2 widgets but can not see them on the front page. I switched to other themes but it did not fix the issue. Then I went to my own test site and I observed the same issue with another theme. so, it doesn’t look like a theme related problem.

I turned off all the plugins and only leave Woocommerce on – it did not fix the issue. So, it is not caused by plugin conflicting.

WP is 4.6.1, WC is 2.6.4
