Override admin.css woocommerce (hide options)

Hi,

Short question:

I would like to hide some woocommerce settings and I know one options would be to hide specific parts with css. Only the css comes from the admin.css file of woocommerce. I need to make an override so changes will not be lost after a update. Is this possible? And if so, how would be the best way to do this?
