Delete orders

I’ve purchased the premium version.
On the orders tab, when attempting to delete demo orders I created, I am unable to do so. I check the boxes and press the ‘delete all orders’ button and it takes me to the bottom of the page. I can only see this specifically, ‘lete all orders?’ and no button. Guessing there is a button covered up by the left menu. Needing to get rid of these orders ASAP. Can this be fixed or is there a workaround?
