Rearrange order of menu items

Hi,

I came up with 2 more questions:

1. How can I rearrange the order of my menu items in the edit section? or Is there an option to move up/move down the menu items under the same section? I mistakenly switched the order of two of them.

2. What’s the CSS code to increase the font of the section titles only, not the descriptions?
