Won’t Create Groups

I really wanted this plugin to work and would have made a donation to help fund the expenses, but it doesn’t work for my blog. It won’t create Groups and without them, the rest of the process can’t be set up. I’ve watched instructional videos and followed them step by step, and each time it hangs up at Groups. Support doesn’t seem to exist so I’m not able to use this plugin.
