ACF not translating labels, selects e.c.t

Dear all
I would like to translate custom fields values :labels, selects, choices e.c.t
Im using wordpress 4.6.1
ACF qtranslateX 1.7.9
ACF 4.4.10

The plugin translates only TITLE and nothing else.
Can you pls help me. i need all the fields ( field label, filed name, choices ec.t to be translated – multilingual)
