Subscribers not showing up in list

Hi,
I am having the same problem as others have submitted. Connected plugin to CC account. Have all lists visible in plugin. Created form and testing confirmed via email notification that submission was successful but names do not appear in the CC contact list. The opt-in box is activated. As there was no WP-CHRON line in Wp-config.php, I added define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false); to test. Still did not work.

I did find this line in wp-config.php…define( ‘WP_CRON_LOCK_TIMEOUT’, 120 );
Could this be the problem? Anything else I can try?
