HTTPS native popup message

I had already asked before about this but I wanted to know if there’s any update to this matter:

I’ve stumbled upon HTTPS sites using some different push services like PushCrew and it seems to working for them. If you visit this site for example you will see just the nice pop-up message and not the native browser’s message:
