I am brand new to WordPress. I installed WordPress under xampp on my local host in order to test a website. I installed Tablepress which worked fine. I tried to add a CSS extension,bur=t when I saveit I get the message “Options saved successfully, but “Custom CSS” was not saved to file.”. Researching themessage seems to imply that file permissions are incorrect. How do I change that, especially since I am on a localhost?
