Product Title forces to ‘Products – Vendor’s name’

Hi there, I have just updated WC Vendor 1.9.9 and found out a auto change in all of my products. Now, at title bar, all of the products of vendors are showing like below:

Products – vendor’s username

for example:

Products – xyz
Products – yyy
Products – avb

Please note, I have been using yoast SEO since beginning.
