I have purchased a number of extensions for woocommerce (meaning I’m a paying customer). I have two tickets submitted to woocommerce. One is now over a week old, and I have yet to receive a response. I am out of business until these problems are resolved. What do I have to do to get a response from a ‘ninja’ and get my ticket addressed? The site is not live yet so I can’t post it here, but it also means that as a dev site, a ninja can play with it to his heart’s content. They can disable plugins and change themes and they’ll find as I did, that the problem is within woocommerce. Every day I search my email and login to the ticket section hoping to see a response, and nothing. How long do I have to wait to get my issues addressed? I’m desperate! Is this typical when one is using woocommerce? Sites just go down and there’s no support available? Please assist! #562656 #564691
