Page missing in dashboard

Something a bit odd. I’ve set up an optin to a free download. The pdf is loaded onto a page, so can easily find it that way, and it’s definitely live.

But I want to update the pdf version and can’t find the page inside the dashboard/pages area, nor is there a visible EDIT button on the live page, so can’t access it that way either.

Any thoughts please?
