Changing Group Mail Defaults Disrupts Group Type

I use multiple group types for my groups, specifically two types: books and book groups. When I change a group’s default mail subscription setting to erases the group type.

This isn’t a huge problem, and I can easily re-set it in the Group Management panel, but I felt it odd enough to pass on. Something you should look at as more people take advantage of the group type feature.
