Purchased the professional version of this plugin – big mistake.
This guy can’t understand english. It’s advertised as having high and low price filters (They’re called maximum and minimum in the plugin). Problem is, these filters are GLOBAL, as in they apply to every single page you list products on. If you want page with a maximum price of $50, but another page with a maximum of $100, you’re outta luck. I wrote to him asking how to do this, and he keeps replying he doesn’t understand what i want, and that i don’t understand the plugin. I’ve made it VERY CLEAR what i’m after – even posting examples, but he said what i want makes no sense. Even thou the feature is in there, obviously it’s needed, it’s a global setting which to me MAKES NO SENSE. If you’re listing a bunch of different products on a website, you’re not going to want them all to have the same price range right?
Avoid. This guy is hopeless at support, and i just checked the refunds policy and guess what? NO REFUNDS. Any company that refuses refunds is not one i want to do business with.
