user are not being notified about replies to their comments.
We have gone through the suggestions here:

but this hasn’t resolved it.
Wordpress is sending emails perfectly – we have even removed other potential plugins that might be interfering – but it’s stilln ot working.
Is it a bug in the plugin?
We have ticked all the boxes in subscription settings. Please help
