Centering thumbnail when “Show Thumbnail and Text Vertically” chosen.

Okay, so that is my problem, the thumbnails are not centered, which is what I prefer on the page. I was able to center the title, but trying to center the thumbnail causes other Content Views to change. Is there a way that I can just target the thumbnails that have this setting (Show Thumbnail & Text Vertically)?
