My Account page

Hi,

I’d like to set-up my account page where there are Sign In and Register forms in 1 page. It would be exactly like this:

http://www.coffeecreamthemes.com/themes/jobseek/v2/basic/my-account/

Does anyone have any idea how to set that up? I think it could be because of different plugin used and not related to WP Job Manager. If you have any hint please let me know.
