How to add company name to mailchimp list?

I have created a maillist and have set the list to show “name, last name,
email and company name” but i don’t know have to get the company name
registered.

Here is the explaination:
I have mailchimp activated on my woocommerce checkout via a mc4wp. so
when people order something at my website they get subscribed to my
newsletter but when i check mailchimp it only register “name, last name and
email” not company name even if they fill out company name under checkout when they order something. So how do i set it to add the company name, the
mergetag is MMERGE3?
