Advance to next unit after completion

I have another issue. When trying to advance to my next lesson (unit) after completing the previous one, the NEXT button does not take me forward.

I can go to previous but not next. I have 5 units and can only reach 4, when I hit next it continues to go to unit 4 and not advance to 5.

I have checked the required elements and they are complete with no errors. If i manually exit and go to the unit using the link then I can go to unit 5. Doesn’t make sense.

Any help would be appreciated,
