Duplicating Share Counter (“Easy Social Share Buttons” Plugin)

Hello.

We are using the “Easy Social Share Buttons” plugin for displaying a counter for Social Shares.

I have tried to add the relevant meta_key entries in the Duplicate Post exception list, either one by one, or with a wildcard: essb*

For some months, everything worked fine, but for the last week or so this happens:

When I press “New Draft”, the exception works.

When I press “Clone”, the exception seems to work as long as I keep it in drafts. When I press Publish, the essb fields appear in the database, containing the values of the original post.

Can you think of something?
