Add custom fields by Individual users

First of all I want to say you guys have created a wonderful plugin. Hats off to the great effort.
Is it possible for the individual users to create custom fields from the front end?. Presently we can create custom fields for user groups. I want the individual users to be able to edit/add/remove fields from the front end. Is it possible?
