Hi everyone,
Please help, I am clueless when it comes to this! really not a IT guru so everything is alien to me that I have read so far.
I am trying to make changes to our business website (specifically uploading a PDF from a shared folder) and I’m using exactly the same process I have used for the past 2 years but now I am getting a 404 message when ever I go to the live version of the website. I have read all about pretty and ugly permalinks and similar subject but I am none the wiser!
I noticed wordpress don’t have a helpline and it seems like you have to be in the know to be able to fix problems that come up, so any help on here is greatly appreciated.
