Upgrading to 3.1 not possible?

Hi,

I would like to update WooCommerce to V3.1, but I don’t see any “update now” button in the plugins panel in WordPress:

Furthermore, when I log into my FTP, I don’t see the “woocommerce” folder:

Is there any reason why I can’t update to the new woocommerce edition?
