How to restore broken functions.php file without FTP or Admin panel access

I have made a syntax error in my parent theme (The7 from dream-theme.com), and now all of my site files are giving this same error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in {this-part-ommited}/wp-content/themes/dt-the7/functions.php on line 53

This is obviously a big issue and I need it fixed urgently, but don’t have an idea how because I don’t have server access through FTP nor through phpMyAdmin nor cPanel or anything like that, and all of the admin pages are giving the above php error as well…

What can I do? Please, any ideas? I have the backup theme files, but no way to change the existing ones…

Thank you!
