Deleter Order Item from Backend but Total didn’t Adjust

Hi
so a customer made an order with Cash on Delivery

but then they wanted to cancel one of the products in the item so they contacted me and I went to the Backend to the order and Removed row of the order item from the order but the total amount of the order is still the same.

Any advice would be great how to handle things like this
