Scroll Bar Not Working

Hello . I tried this plugin but unfortunately it is not working for me .

Target Element Selector = .widget_recent_entries > ul

I Notice that some style like height and overflow is applied on target element but browser default scroll bar appears rather then the style i choose in plugin .

Any help in this would be appreciated .
