After rearranging products in one of the categories, product are duplicated but only from the front end on the page.

Although this is a simple way to upload and backup your website, You cannot download the file (unavailable action) nor can you restore the backup because that is only available as a paid extension.
Nowhere in the ‘Features’ section does it tell you that a paid extension is required in order to restore your backup.
I recommend that you find an alternate way to backup your website.

External Links causing 524 error?

I have been using External Links for years without issue. But, today I went into the ‘Exceptions’ tab to add a link to the Exceptions list and when I click “save changes”, it hangs for a long time and eventually results in a 524 error. Is this because of the plugin?

Plugin conflicts with Elementor – upload impossible

Hi,
had to deactivate your plugin because I could not upload images and media in Elementor anymore (Elementor and Elementor Pro, all widgets like image and galleries where you can open the WP media gallery).
Console showed this error: Uncaught TypeError: wp.media.view.settings.attachmentCounts is undefined
Concerned these files:
/wp-includes/js/media-views.min.js?ver=6.0.1:2
/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/js/editor.min.js?ver=3.6.7:3

Blocked from logging in.

I have used IP2Location Country Blocker plugin for my House Concert website and never had a problem. I recently added it to a page I am setting up for daughter and somehow country blocked my own access. I assume I did something wrong. Checked a Box I shouldn’t have.
I tried using a VPN to change countries and tried several, including Canada, and still was blocked. I was able to access it a few days ago.
I am an advanced Novice and my site is hosted on AWS, using Bitnami. I really am not great with Bitnami Level changes. I generally need a YouTube walk through.
I hope there is an easy way to regain access to my site, a walk through.
I assume I could regain access if I delete the Plugin in Bitnami, but I do not know what I would need to do to get there.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sitemap for Static Website Generator

Hello,
I am using a static website generator that renders the WordPress Installation as a static website. The generated files are copied automatically to a different server. Now I would love to include the sitemap as an XML file, but the static website generator does not copy it as it is generated dynamically.
Any way I can get a static XML file for that purpose or any other ideas?

Today, I have just visited google my business and the same template is posting on a every minute cycle. I am not understanding something about the auto-post templates. I can return the entity type and entity name and generally see in the debug that the file is being read. I can not seem to figure out despite many iterations, how to pull in the remaining one-time data (plan name, type, id and market type) and subloop data (description and location).

Emails have stopped sending to customers

We’ve used your plagin Advance Ecommerce Tracking Premium for several months on three websites. We detected that on two websites customers haven’t received emails for three weeks, but in the same time on third website there is no problem with emails.
Plagin Version is the same on each website (3.4.4)

Move LQIP data from wp_options?

Hi,
It’s more a request regarding performance than an issue. We have many images and generating LQIP for most of them. I’ve noticed that LQIP Excludes files are in the wp_option table “litespeed.conf.media-lqip_exc”. In our site, it’s 311 KG large and growing.
I would rather have another table in the database make a specific query for URL than load all as a bulk every single time.

menu-size in wordpress

i am new to wordpress and I created a drop-down menu for my categories of products. However, the drop down menu contains about 15 categories and I want all of the categories to show; therefore, I probably need to change the drop-down menu format or make the font smaller. I have tried using css to change the class size but it only changes the font size of the site header on the menu bar; it doesn’t change the size or format of the actual drop down menu. Help would be appreciated.

The wordpress was originally installed on site1.museebombardier.chachacom.ca for a dev. I installed your plugin and set it up. I added a domain, site2.museebombardier.chachacom.ca but now, all the custom post type or page url have site2 and not site1. It needs to be site1. And is it possible, each time the customer is adding an element in the custom post type, a line is added in your config to allow both domain to work with.

Problem with using 3-column layout

I’m trying to place content in blocks contained in a 3-column layout, but the content does not display correctly and I don’t know if this is a bug in Gutenberg or if I’m doing something wrong.
This first image shows the problem I’m having. I have placed shortcode in a text block within my 3-column layout. In this next image showing the markup produced by the block editor, you can see that the ul has a class of columns-4 which it has picked up from the parent div. This is causing my content to be very small as shown in the first image. If I change the markup manually using the developers tool in chrome I can set the ul to columns-1 and it displays as expected.
I don’t know why the ul is picking up the class of its parent, but it’s causing my content to take only 1/3 of the space it should. I have tried specifying a 33% width of the block, but that only applies to the column not the block.
I can’t for the life of me figure out what I’m doing wrong, or if this is a problem with Gutenberg or Woocommerce or my theme Storefront. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can I delete a file that has no title?

An excel file that was not ready to be uploaded was accidently uploaded and now I can’t access my xml sitemap because of tons of posts with no title that I can’t delete. The file can be deleted but I always get an error when I try to delete it through the plugin

I do not display all acf fields

Hi all, I purchased the plugin today because I find it great and wanted to implement with custom fields within custom posts. I have made a total of 3 custom fields (all as Wysiwyg Editor) unfortunately when I select the widget post grid slide carousel and in the elements I select custom field I only display one field which is not what I need. I attach screen can anyone help me?

Deny some purchase order numbers as invalid

Hi, this plugin is great and does exactly what I hoped it would do.
However, I do have an idea for an improvement: At present, a user can enter any number in the “Purchase Order Number” field. It would be great if the plugin would reject a set of strings defined by the admin. For example, we’re getting the occasional person entering “N/A” or “1”.
