PHP Catchable Fatal Error Conflict with MailPoet 3

I am getting the following PHP error everytime I try to access MailPoet 3 Newsletter in the admin. When I click MailPoet, I get a blank panel. Once I deactivate NADI, I can access MailPoet and all it’s settings just fine.

I am using version 2.0.13 of the NADI plugin and version 3.00-beta.22 of MailPoet 3. WordPress is v.4.7.3.
