Hi again Malcolm,
It has come to my attention from the team that if you take over a sale from Checkouts and you ‘Edit Sale’ it doesn’t get a transaction number.
A few times customers have called us up saying that they got to the paypal page but realised they wanted another ticket so clicked back but realise their seats had “GONE!”. We have explained that they are going through checkout and that we can take over the sale and add another ticket for them and complete it over the phone. As I said however this doesn’t give the sale a transaction ID.
Possible fix?
