granting ‘custom field’ access to editor role

I’ve taken on cleaning up a WordPress site, and changed the role for those in charge of content to Editor role.

Everything seemed fine until this morning I found out they can no longer add their custom fields when adding a Post. Before I go looking at plugins and ways of granting access, I thought I’d see if that was something I was missing, or a setting somewhere to give that ability back to them.
